If something isn’t right, our returns process is designed to be simple and fair.
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label if:
You received the wrong item
The product arrived damaged or defective
Parts were missing from the package
Simply pack the item securely (using the original packaging if possible) and drop it off at any USPS or FedEx location.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
You are responsible for the return shipping costs
You may choose:
Store credit for the product’s full purchase price, or
A refund for the product’s purchase price
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please package returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance—if a return arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds are usually completed within a few business days after we receive your return. This includes:
Transit time to our warehouse (5–7 business days)
Inspection and processing (3–5 business days)
Bank processing (3–5 business days)
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Take clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will send you an RMA number and a prepaid return label.
Repack the item in its original box and send it back.
A replacement will be shipped once we receive your return.
For warranty issues, the product must be returned to us for inspection.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for claims made after 30 days.
We cover shipping costs for sending the replacement to you.
If the product is discontinued, we will provide a suitable alternative at our discretion.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns after 30 days or without original packaging.
We are not responsible for installation costs.
Always hire a qualified electrician for installation.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, business disruption, or data loss.
